Signed me up for a subscription without my consent and refused to cancel it after 5 emails. Get the product from third party sellers, this company is bad

Do not order from this deceitful company. I never do autoship and I hit the 'One Time Purchase' button when I ordered. Well didn't know they sign you up as soon as you order from them. I emailed them, told them to cancel my subscription. They want to charge you 15-20% to cancel. I told them why would I pay that when I never authorized them to put me on autoship to start with. They give you the runaround, are not willing to work with you and make it very hard to cancel. They give you a link to cancel your subscription that does not work. Told them I was done with them. They keep lying to you. This started on July 29, 2026 thru August 2. 2026. I went to my bank, reported their deceitful tactics and cancelled my debit card so they no longer can help themselves to my account. China based using a fake address in Sheridan, Wyoming. Visiovance and Neurobella rip off customers. Do not ever deal with these crooks.

The bottles do not contain a 30 day supply as advertised. Each contain 30 capsules and on Iabel 2 per day is required. The distributor has been notified but- unwilling to adjust price accordingly. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT!

Like many others, they "signed" me up for a subscription I didn't want. Asked for cancellation twice. Finally got my bank/card involved. Hopefully puts this to rest.

I just found out that Neurobella 15 in 1 has 75 mg of Astaxanthin in it and you are to take no more that 12 mg daily because it can damage your liver and other high risk. I have only been taking it for a few days but I will not be putting anymore of this supplement in my body.

It’s a scam , they keep charging your card and ignoring requests to cancel. Tablets are crap and do nothing . Avoid

Deceptive billing practices. The make it impossible to cancel and will not refund money for ongoing subscription.

Terrible. Seems a good product but only received my order once. Second time delivery left it a mile away on the side of the road, where it was run over and ruined. Still chasing for a refund. Ordered again and that delivery has not arrived. Chasing for a refund on that. DO NOT ORDER!
