Very easy to use and personalize programing.i had results treating PTSD while using my doctors. Then I told my doctor the drive to his office and time 40 minutes one way was creating stress. That is when he suggested that I buy the consumer model use at home and he would help me program the device. Using it at home now and having great results.

Neuronic responds very quickly to any question or concern. I have no complaints, love my helmet!

The contact with the bot was not uesfull. Could help if you get the information that the bot cannot help with a question about an order. The contact with a person by mail was very usefull.

I am still intrigued by the technology. I hope it is working.

Support service is great. New cords or units graciously replaced as needed. Training excellent. Great for home users and neurofeedback providers for a 5 minute session prior to training.
