Ordering and delivery went smoothly, tho the product leaves much to be desired. Fortunately ordered only one as a trial before we ordered the 6 we need. Ordered light filtering Roman blind- top up bottom down. No grip on the top rail to pull up or push down - that fabric will be dirty / worn in a minute. The valence flap is wavy. The back mechanism is so flimsy and unsightly. Poor product all in all. Will be taking it down. Don’t buy.

I ordered a lot of samples which was really helpful to help me decide. I just wish they had been free. After a just a few weeks the bamboo blinds arrived and not only fit perfectly but look great, well made and the top down bottom up option works really well. There blinds don't look flimsy or cheap at all like other wood/bamboo options out there. Definitely get the samples before ordering however to feel the difference in textures as some are definitely thinner and more light filtering than others.

I’m so happy with my new curtains! The fabric is beautiful, and they make the room feel elegant and cozy. Highly recommend!

I liked being able to view fabric samples before ordering. The quality of the shades is more than acceptable.

The new shades look amazing but what really made the experience great is I had one shade out of like 20 that came in with a little damage. Not bad but in a spot you could see. Neutral curtains did not argue or make it a hassle... they were very professional and sent me another one. Now the whole house looks great . Thanks Neutral curtains

The longer interior mount shades are a little tricky and I had to call tech support as well as email them. I needed two people to install these. Still pretty expensive for one shade.

Easy ordering and very quick delivery. Putting them up in a few days so we are looking forward to seeing them in the windows

I was very impressed with the entire process. I ordered samples first and they were super fast getting the samples to us. We just installed them and the look fantastic. Plus, they were super easy to install. Would recommend 100%.
