Absent customer service
I got sent a coupon code for my “first purchase” the day after my purchase. I’ve emailed twice asking if I could return my current purchase and re-buy with the coupon or have it honored and haven’t hard back but keep getting emails asking for reviews.

There was a problem with inventory on…
There was a problem with inventory on one of my items. They customer service emailed me immediately and replaced it with something I actually liked better for no extra AND it was in such a timely manner that they were able to ship all of my items together.

Good quality sewing
Good quality sewing, heavy weight also. Only thing is, I am used to more oil on the fabric and more pockets. Still I would order again! Well worth the price. Good job. Thank You

Great product
Great product, great price, and fast shipping. What's not to like? I ordered two Oilskin Dusters from them at different times, both exceed my expectations in quality and both were shipped quickly.
