Beers arrived on time and cold, the delivery person very patient with the delay of getting him in.

They don't actually have the products they have on the website! I have to change all my order because they didn't have the things I asked for. Disappointed

my 93 yr old mother-in-law was very sick and couldn't get out - she was in sore need of some provisions - i ordered some groceries for her and they were delivered in less than an hour. i couldn't be more happy with the quality and speed of the service. i will not hesitate to use your company in the future. Thanks so much.

It is the fourth time I ordered beer on this store, because they have a full brands in store. In the last three orders, they had some brands of beer I ordered out of stock, but I didn't mind and just took them, since I would order about 50 bottles and sometimes a pack of 6 bottles would be different, that is fine. But this time, only 6 bottles are correct, all of rest beers are in wrong kind. They even didn't notice me in advance as they can not fulfill the order at all!!!! Interestingly, they verified my credit card number after I placed the order, but never told me they didn't have the beer I ordered. Then, the delivery guy came to my door and beg me to accept the different kinds of beer. I hope the store does not do this on purpose, but just make a simple phone call before you send the delivery guy, that will be completely different.

After using newyorkgrocery for several months, I am generally satisfied. The orders are usually delivered on time, and the drivers are invariably friendly. However, more than once--today, for instance--items have been missing from my order, or the wrong items have been sent. I hope these matters can be corrected in the future. Also, almost every time I order, I receive a polite phone call from newyorkgrocery telling me several items I ordered are not available. I know that keeping an inventory is not simple, and maybe this sort of thing can't be avoided, but it is annoying. On a grade system, I would give newyorkgrocery a B+. Thank you for considering my opinion.

I ordered clear cups but didn't get that plus the cranberry juice was smaller then I thought as well
