From my initial interaction with Nexhealth I knew our office would benefit from what the company has to offer! The representative I spoke with was dedicated to listening to our needs. He offered us multiple opportunities to improve upon our current means of communication. He was not about "selling". He understood what we were searching for and it was very easy for us to on board with Nexhealth. The advantages that he provided to our office have saved us precious time, have made our new patient and current patient experience so much more meaningful!! Patients are happy with the added opportunity to schedule an appointment based upon their schedule. We are happy to better accommodate and provide an easier and more streamlined way to stay in touch whether we are in or out of the office! Our team is better equipped to provide the care that our patients deserve! Thank you Nexhealth team for the most amazing on boarding experience and your continued support moving forward.

Our office had a truly exceptional experience with Nexhealth from start to finish. McKelle and her team were professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond my expectations and paid great attention to every detail. She walked us through each step and made sure we were comfortable before we moved on to the next step. The entire process was seamless and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the excellent communication and level of care provided. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. We have used other communication platforms before but I can say Nexhealth is among the best for their customer service and user-friendliness. We actually switched back to Nexhealth from another platform and so glad we did! Thanks McKelle and her wonderful team for making the transition seamless!
