I have had Ngage live chat for a couple of months. We seem to convert more clients that come through live chat.

I am in my 40th year of Drunk Driving/Criminal defense practice and i have tried every advertising medium, each promising to be the best generator of prospective clients. I have literally spent a fortune on getting my name out there and strived for TOMA,top of mind awareness. When you think of Dui/criminal defense i want you to think of me first. Getting to that place takes time and money, with no guaranteed result. I have come to the conclusion that no one anywhere can have a program with guaranteed results for the money invested. NGAGE takes a different approach , You will ONLY pay for the Prospective Clients who "hire you ,at your fee!!".You are in control, you set your fee,and when you are hired,a modest fee is paid to Ngage. I am so very pleased to give Ngage my highest recommendation. Feel free to contact me for any other information.

Our firm has been very impressed with NGAGE. We have tried different chat services over the years and they are the best in the number of conversions, accessibility of their portal to respond to leads and their highly responsive customer service. I would highly recommend them!

As a business owner it is very important for potential clients to be greeted professionally and courteously. First impressions mean everything, I have been very pleased with Ngage's chat feature and flexibility with non-routine chat questions. I also have been pleased with their fair approach to billing. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a chat feature on their website.

Ngage has easily tripled, if not quadrupled, the amount of leads I get through the chat feature on my website. It's worth at least giving them a try to see what they can do for your business.

Staff is knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with potential clients. Seamlessly create that extension from the firm staff to the Ngage staff. Ngage representatives retrieve the needed information efficiently but also give the feel you are talking to a concerned human and not a scripted robot. Would recommend to any law firm.
