This company’s only real benefit is the pet insurance. I was told my pet didn’t qualify & wasn’t given any reason(my assumption is that she’s just turned 11). The website went on to say that even though she didn’t qualify for free insurance, I could get their credit card & pay for the SAME PET INSURANCE OUT OF POCKET. How can my dog qualify for me to pay for her insurance but not for the company who advertises the same insurance & why would I give you my money on top of the interest rates etc? This bait and switch is a disgusting way to do business. Had they given a valid reason(age etc) & then not immediately offered the same policy this wouldn’t have bothered me at all, she’s 11 I can understand why an insurance company wouldn’t want to insure her…but offering the policy afterwards shows they were scamming from the start. Disgusting

I haven't had to use it for my pet yet, but the ease of the website is great for setting up payments and i like the 3% on pet related purchases.
