Nic says exactly what he will do and does it. Obviously knows his way around a HomePod and anything else with an IC, component, etc. The video is great. Amazing to watch an expert at work. Excellent value too.

Recently my white HomePod has failed to boot up after it stopped responding. I took it to an Apple Store and they said they offer no repair service, best thing is to buy a new one. I look on Yelp to see if there is a local repair shop but couldn't find anyone. I searched YouTube to see if it's something I can do myself, then I stumbled upon Nic's channel. After watching it I was impressed and also realized that it's beyond my skill, so I contacted Nic for repair. He gave me pretty clear instructions on how to ship it to his place and I did so. What surprised me is that he sent me a link to his YT livestream while he was repairing my HomePod! Mind blown. I watched it and saw it was repaired. I received it back pretty quickly and it was working like a charm. I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone who has a non-working HomePod.

My homepod broke several years ago. Almost deep sixed it several times, before I heard about Nic’s Fix. Turnaround was just under a week and my HomePod is now fully functional again. The whole process was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend you give Nic a look before you toss that HomePod.

Incredible. Took my HomePod and made it like new again. Very professional and what he does is magic. I waited a few months to write my review, just to make sure the fix has persisted and I could not be happier.
