I got a new computer, and I have been trying to get Ninjacator support for two weeks to correct a problem activating one of my indicators from the old computer. Their email responses have not resolved the problem. I have called repeatedly, at least 6 to 8 times, and can not get through to a support person. I have left messages asking them to call me back, to no avail. Maybe this negative comment will prompt a call.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your patience, and I sincerely apologize for the delayed responses over those two weeks. I'm glad we were able to connect with you on May 29th and work through the activation issue via remote session. I hope that resolved things for you on your new computer. If you're still experiencing any problems or have questions moving forward, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. Thank you for giving us the chance to help. The Ninjacators Team

As a lifetime member Ninjacators is hands down the best platform for trading education. The sheer volume of courses, instructional classes and live training is truly what sets them apart from all the others. Christian is a machine with all the training he delivers personally. On top of that he truly cares about all of his students and wants them to succeed. Highly recommend.

I and several of my friends and family have been working with Ninjacators for over a year now on their unbelievable trading Bots development. You put in the work you will definitely see the results. A special thanks To Christian (CEO), Christoph, Julia etc. I never new what was possible until I started to work with the whole Ninjacators team. I can say with a 100% certainty they are the real deal. If I could give 10 stars, they surely deserve it.
