Inconvenient hours
Hours are extremely inconvenient for people that work. No late hours or Saturday hours. I've had to take days off work to bring my daughter to the orthodontist.

Not a friendly place too many workers walking around not asking if anyone needs help waiting room full.

Although the staff at the office is GREAT while you are in front of them if you try to get a return call it’s impossible . And to have only one day for the Otho appointment is really upsetting . The more the office grows with customers the less service is given . I have been coming to this office for many years and I’m sadden to see profit over true service .

Appointment times are THEE worst- they’re never stuck by, it’s rather like a clinic. Turnover of staff is very high! Service isn’t always the best but when you’ve began a treatment that’ll take some time to correct, u just stick it out, settle and don’t go elsewhere. Some are nice, some aren’t but hey, it’s the “hood” so people believe that it’s acceptable

always a long wait. had to be rescheduled sometimes. Dental work done on my teeth were criticized by my current dentist. I was also charged for 4 fillings when I only had three. I left a message for the manager, who never even returned my call. Very poorly managed.
