My dog loves the food and she is doing great. The packaging is sometimes difficult to open. But easy to feed after opening.

My 5-year-old Maltese Sophia absolutely loves her Nom Nom Now chicken and beef meals — gobbles them right up! She gets so excited for me to prepare them and literally barks for her food! And I have noticed that these wonderfully fresh meals have put a pep in my Sophia’s step — totally energized!

I decided to this company based of the reviews. I tried the dog food and it just did not work for my dogs. Though they liked it, it made their stomachs very upset, I emailed in and told them I wanted to cancel. A rep Aimee emailed me back saying she could freeze my account so no orders will get sent out until I email them. This is not what I wanted. I wanted to cancel. I saw yesterday my card was charged. I emailed right away trying to figure out why. My account still had not been canceled. I was told by Lauren my response to Aimee was never received and my account was set to be shipped. Response received or not, they already had in writing from me that I wanted to cancel. Her response were that no changes were able to be made and I would get the delivery today. Umm no? I gave you plenty of time to cancel/reroute the package. I have no use for this. The customer service is horrible and I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint. Use another company.

Dogs luv the food. They look forward to it 2 times a day.

Love this company, as they help me a lot. My pet love the food. My pet had issues at the beginning but now he seam better and now I’m continue with this food
