I don’t know if my dog likes the food or not. Package arrived open with part of the order missing. Trying to get help from their BOT. No help. Lots of articles to read. None pertained to my problem. If we are destined to have bots for customer service, I’ll make my own dog food. Lost money. Gained aggravation. Cancelled subscription. Poorly value my attempt to try their product.

As I’ve stated before, the packaging is troublesome. Maybe 1 out of 8 the area where “peel here” works. The other times, just the label comes off. My pal likes the food, breath hasn’t improved, coat looks healthy.

My Kiddos, Biewer Terrier siblings, seem to like the two varieties of NomNom they have tried so far. After preparing their home-cooked meals myself, with BalanceIt, for the past three plus years. I love the convenience. In all honesty, I stopped using BalanceIt because they formula, packaging and recipes changed dramatically.

Do not be fooled. They DO NOT stand behind their product. I tried several different flavors and mixed the NomNom food in gradually, just to give it a fair shot with my dog. He still only nibbled at it or turned his nose up completely. Because I tried for over a month to get him used to it, customer service said I was past the 30 day refund date. And when I tried to explain further how I diligently tried with their product, they just kept reading the same script about the 30 days.

Great product and great customer service

Food has helped my dog age well. She has a shiny coat and healthy digestion. Food is delivered to my door in a package that keeps it cool even if I do not return home for hours. The price is fair. Customer service is excellent. It’s a great product made by a very good company.
