No specific instance- just great people to work with. Never a delay with new submissions or changes. Any questions or issues that come up are dealt with quickly. Greta and Kristina are fantastic!

My poor rating is due to the audit process. I would NOT have gone with Normandy had I known that my audit would not be in person. I have had to gather all the info in the format you requested and then I had to follow up with the auditor who didn't return my phone calls. Then I was passed to another auditor, who was very nice but now I am disputing the audit. I see it as I have done all of your work. I have had to spend hours on YOUR JOB. Not okay Normandy.
