This was my first order but it will not be my last. VERY fast shipping and the product was exactly what I wanted even though it is a bit too large.

I have no problem with this company. The product I purchased was good, not great. This company was quick to respond to my order, and I could hardly believe how fast the delivery was. Thank You very much.

Free samples is a great idea. Thank you! Had I purchased an entire package of NorthShore briefs I would have been upset. They fit fine in the waist & leg but are far too low rise to stay in place. Briefs that fall down are definitely not desirable for anyone, especially someone who is incontinent. I thought at first it was just the extra absorbent material in the supreme. But the premium is cut just as low. And the velcro does not remain fastened if repositioned to use the toilet. Sorry, but our search for a better brief continues.

My Life as a wife caring for an incontinent husband has made my journey so much easier. I no longer have to change sheets daily or worry about soiled garments when we are away from home. I have been very pleased with the items I’ve purchased and would highly recommend the products, the ease of ordering and expediency of shipping. THANKS NorthShore
