Somewhat confused to know exactly what we need - you have records of what we've been buying - I'm still not satisfied that we're using the right combination. My wife has very severe incontinence. The basic pad we're using is 4970. We're using 5067 (1 or 2) with one of the 4970's. Would anything work better than this set-up. ?

The price was good and we received the order within 3 or 4 days. We will purchase from these people again when needed.

INorthShore offers a great selection, fast shipping and great customer service. But...other companies meet or slightly beat their pricing and offer free shipping. The cost of incontinence are very high especially if someone uses them full-time. My preference based on experience is NorthShore, but I find myself ordering from the companies offering free shipping and only order from NorthShore if I have to have products quickly.

I ordered a large professional balance beam weight scale, and it was delivered in 2 days (actually 45 hours). I was original going to order this item through Amazon, but we needed the scale quickly, and it wasn't eligible for Amazon prime. So, I went directly to the supplier. The price was the same, and they beat Amazon prime on delivery time, all at no charge. Great company!
