Great customer support.
I was concerned that I hadn't received a shipping notification as expected. Layla explained it was likely due to the fact that a third-party shipper was being used for my order. After my call, she tracked down the folks that would know for sure, and sent me an email with a tracking link for my order.

What can I say
What can I say, I ordered 12 pair of glasses and i received 1 pair only, after contacting you about it you sent me another pair of glasses I’m missing 10 pairs. Where are they, why do I have to contact you several times in order for you to do your job, and then after i contacted you i still don’t get my glasses
