Hey Montese - please accept our apologies for the delay on the rainsuits. They have been on backorder and we just got them restocked. Sorry to hear that the shoe covers did not meet your expectations. Customer service has reached out to see what we can do for you. Was there anything in particular that was unsatisfactory about the product? The covers are meant for one-time use inside controlled environments.
