Cheap products. They really don't work like these fake consultants advertise. It's almost like a scam company. The cloths I purchased were a gimmick and fell apart. (Poor quality materials).

Recently I ordered 2 $50 mystery bags and a $75 mystery bag thinking it would be a great deal and that I would get to try some products that I haven’t tried yet. I received the same products in both $50 bags which were kitchen towels, some face cloths, and a window cloth, all of which I had multiple of already and didn’t need. The same products were in the $75 bag, but they added a plaid hair scrunchee/headband set and a workout towel (which I have read bad reviews about and will not use). I called customer service and they said these bags are not refundable and I am out my money. These mystery bags are truly a rip off, and I strongly urge anyone to think twice before purchasing them. They fill them with items that are discontinued and are basically useless.

I purchased an item to clean the mattresses while out of the home for several months. I ordered the item a week before I was due to leave and paid for expedited shipping. They didnt even create a label for 3 days and the item arrived 8 days after the order after a $20 shipping charge and arrived after my departure. they wouldn't refund the item nor my shipping costs. horrendous customer service

Shipping is slooooow. I placed an order 8 days ago. Order still in “placed” status. I was considering ordering more, but, if the shipping takes this long, what’s the point of paying high prices!
