I ordered a custom Telluride from the factory, and the process was great. Nathaly was super responsive to my emails, and the car was delivered ahead of schedule, exactly as ordered.

Bought a car last year. Was delivered with flat tire. Agreed to pay for a new tire only after I asked but my wife wasted 3+ hours at dealership while new tired was installed. First told me that they would pay for taxes and send me the plates, then it became i had to pick up the plates at DMV 30 minutes away. Individual there told me that all the taxes had not been reimbursed so had to go home and talk to nowcar again. They promised me it had now been fixed but of course it had not but fortunately i now had the direct number of the now car person in charge of titling so i got her on the phone. 3 months later they still have not sent me the $42 they owe which they agree they owe because i was overcharged for title/taxes.

Hi Greg, we would like to apologize again for your car having a flat tire when it arrived at your home. Obviously, this was not our intention. And, we would like to apologize for the time your wife spent at a dealership getting the tire replaced. Unfortunately, we have no control over another dealership's service department. We have confirmed that you have received the reimbursement check for $42. Lastly, we would like to thank you for your business and if there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

After all the great reviews I was hoping for at the very least communication. I know things will be delayed because of the state of our world but this is a little ridiculous. I ordered a vehicle 12/30 and paid a $500 deposit. On 12/31 I received an email that they would look for a match or close match and then get back with me but send my ID in the mean time. I sent it right away and asked for the details and timeline to order the vehicle. I am still waiting on a response. In the meantime, I received a separate email on January 5th asking if I want them to order the vehicle since they couldn't find it. Yes. No response. I have called and left at least 3 voice messages. I have emailed back to the representative. I have emailed the general customer service. I have reached out on Facebook. RADIO SILENCE All I want is one piece of communication within 19 days, but there's been nothing. I'm using this review as a hopeful means to hear someone's voice.

We bought a Kia Telluride from Nowcar. The price was great (better than local dealers) and included delivery, title, etc. The company was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. It made an online car buying experience very smooth. It basically is from a Miami Lakes dealership they has excellent pricing and communication. Would definitely use the service again.

Nathaly was great to work with on ordering our new Kia Telluride SXP. She emailed me once a month (starting March 2021) while on the waiting list and promptly notified me when an allocation was available (August 2021). From that point she kept in contact once a week with updates on delivery status. There were no surprises. The paperwork signing process involving Maverick went smoothly. Delivery of the Telluride was on time (arrived Nov. 15), the temp. tag was in the glove box so it won't get stolen and the Telluride arrived in perfect condition! Also, it was a very nice surprise to have a full tank of fuel - thank you! I have purchased and sold many cars over the years and this was the first time purchasing a vehicle strictly online. I had read positive reviews about NowCar and Nathaly and they were correct. I would highly recommend NowCar - they do exactly what they say on their website.
