ZERO STARS!!! I only used this site once and they charged me for $179.88/year subscription. I am trying to get my credit card company to remove the charge since Numerade has not replied.

Charged 200 for canceled subscription and no response

To anyone reading this !!!! IMMEDIATELY go to your bank and request a new card ! Don’t even wait until they reply to your email . They will avoid replying to you . There’s not even an option to remove your card on file …how shady .. I had to request a new card under stolen because even if you cancel the subscription they still have your card info and they WILL charge you . Thankfully they didn’t take my money because I went to the bank ASAP. Use Chegg .

This fuk terrible company with right that "No refund " ridiculously :)) I spam their Twitter fb any thing and they send me an email that wil give my refund bach but minus one month and request me to delete my cmt on their social media, then after I did it, until today is 10 days bussiness and this fuk company give me not thing :)) they block and said my email will unreply, well I need a policy for thiss crime

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company with horrible policies. What company has a "no-refund policy"? Especially when said company automatically charges you nearly $200 for an annual subscription. Save you time and money and use Chegg instead.

They advise a free-trial period for 7 and you can "cancel anytime" yet you will still be charged even if you cancel it depending on the subscription you picked. Plus, there is no refund.

Charged for a cancelled Subscription Charged me $89.44 after I cancelled their free subscription service. Saying that I would not like to continue to have a subscription with them. Do not put your card information into the site, they will absolutely bill you if you try to cancel.

Stole 179 from me AFTER I canceled my subscription and have now BLOCKED me after requesting they make it right. Didn't even attempt an apology, immediately blocked. Scammers.
