Honestly
Honestly, I gave Nurse Plus a 5 star rating, not only is it a good source of information i need for my upcoming test but also it is free which is what i really need since it has been tough for me lately. It gives me the rationale right after I clicked on an answer for my better understanding. I have also checked other sources for the rationale and it is exactly right. I highly recommend this to the future nurses out there like me. Lastly, Nurse Plus, thank you. Keep it up! c",)

Nurse plus is the best way to study for…
Nurse plus is the best way to study for NCLEX RN since I found this website online I am now feeling confident taking the practice exam and my scores are getting higher. I like that the NURSE PLUS you choose a category you want to test on.
