I was happy to find a site that enable…
I was happy to find a site that enable free printing. I like the format, however I wish it was a little bit larger so I wouldn't have to print so same on the report sheet. Thank you!

Quick and free, though i did not receive the sheet i requested. Edit: I did find the document I requested. It ended up as a download on my browser instead of in the email where a different form was sent.

Had to place the order 3 times before…
Had to place the order 3 times before it was actually sent to my email to print. I tried putting in my work email, but it never sent. It's a good thing it's a free download or I would have been upset about a charge and not receiving my product. But I do love the set up of this template.

Hi Kelly, thanks for the review. We're glad you like the products, but we wish you had a better download experience. We looked back at our logs and it appears that the downloads were sent to a number of your email accounts without any issues on our end. Have you checked your spam folder at your work email? Maybe they have a filter that prevents external emails? Not sure, but we haven't heard of this issue before and just want to make sure it isn't systemic.
