They charged my card before giving me a consult, took 4 days to ask what pharmacy to send the prescription to, then refused to send the prescription or treat me. They don’t offer refunds either. This is a scam.

I have been with this company for a few years however this year they charged me and never sent me any pills that I requested. They will ask for a refund. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund. And the prescription is still in New York when I go to track it, I spoke to them back in May and here it is August and still no medicine. It was for NORETHINDRONE. So they are taking my money and not sending the pills.

I like my experience with your company. It would be nice if my meds were shipped sooner, I keep getting emails saying they are preparing my order . I guess I don’t know the procedures on the filling process otherwise I think your company is great

Super fast communication, meds have worked amazingly well. I have felt heard and cared for even through a screen which isn’t always true with online programs. Would recommend Nurx 100x!
