I have arthritis in both shoulders which is very painful. This is not giving me a great deal of relief but seems to help a little. I am taking 2 capsules morning and night which goes through the bottles so fast and is proving very expensive.

I was told by my Doctor in April of 2024 I needed a left knee replacement and a right shoulder replacement. Both joints were quite painful and I walked with a noticeable limp and I had limited mobility in my shoulder. I started using Redi Move in May 2024.
