I just got my product in the mail. One of the items is expired from 2024 which is unacceptable. I’ve been calling the company. No one‘s answering the phone. I’m sending an emails and I would like my money back. I place the order Ceylon Cinnamon, Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon. and I sent the wrong product the wrong product expired December 2024. How did that happen? I’m very upset with this company then I put myself in a subscription so I can get an order every month. Delete my stuff out and I sent the wrong product the wrong product expired December 2024. How did that happen? Customer service is non-existent. If you use chat, you'll wait and wait and wait and wait until you realize no live person is going to connect with you. If you call their phone, no matter what time of the day, after you wait and wait , ultimately you get the dreaded no one is available auto - message. More accurate message would be no one is available EVER to speak with you. Reason I've been trying to call is the Mushroom Complex powder is a different color and I'm concerned. Also concerned because Nutriflair does NOT manufacture this product themselves. It is manufactured FOR them, so they might not even know why this color change happened!

Difficult to unsubscribe from auto shipments. Restocking fee and photo requirements makes returns a pain. Do not recommend.

I ordered the Nutriflair Turmeric. It has been a great product for me, helping to keep my blood pressure and blood sugar in line! The Service was great, too! Very Happy!

Ordered Berberine with Ceylon cinnamon on Amazon. It’s causing me nausea, bloating, and gastrointestinal inflammation and headaches. I need a refund which Amazon is refusing to give me.

i have been trying to talk to someone at Nutriflair for 3 days!! I have cancelled an auto ship and they keep sending the item to me. Nutriflair is turning into the poster child of poor customer service. If you know how to contact them, or get a response, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

I've been buying Nutriflair products for a long while, however, I will be switching to another brand after this complete fiasco. Your tracking number hasn't been handed off to post office. It's been sitting there since 7/3. Your customer service told me to "WAIT" after 2 weeks, and then has done absolutely nothing even though they said they would take care of it. Ignored my request to re-ship it nor responded back. Thanks but no thanks.

Made a purchase to date I have not received it. Been almost a month . Tracking shows stuck in Dallas TX .. customer service unreachable , doesn't respond to emails . Filing a dispute with my bank !!
