order process easy price better than other sellers arrived on time.

I placed an order, it was never shipped. Called and left message for status, no return call. Emailed for status, no response. Not until I requested a refund was the order shipped. I’ve used your company for 4 years and never had any issues. Still not sure what happened and what caused the delay and why all tries to contact were ignored. Signed, very unhappy repeat customer

We never received the appetite booster & my credit card was charged I tried calling & left a voicemail & also went on the website & left a note to please contact me. NO RESPONSE up to this point. Very disappointed & Now I contacted my credit card people. NEVER. Again will I order from this company

Never received product. The carrier delivered to the wrong address and was unable to retrieve the package. On the upside the carrier did reimburse me for the loss but what I wanted was the product.

More convenient and delivery.
