Did not respond to questions
Did not respond to questions i want to edit this because what i wrote was a bit unfair. The courses and ability to navigate the dashboard and everything is great. Absolutely not a problem and i will use again. My frustration was i had a simple question related to reporting to CE broker as far as how long and just have not heard. So genrally i really recommended this. I wanted to clear that up as people do look at reviews. Thanks

More variety of classes
More variety of classes, especially more classes on mental health. I work in forensic psychiatry facility, and supervise 10 OTs. We are all needing more CEU in the area of mental health, inpatient/outpatient/ community re-integration / mental health programming. Thank you for your time and support!! -Fran OT

Power outage
Nothing the company did, my house lost power due to a sudden thunder storm. However, it only lasted a few minutes and although I was able to re-connect, it was at the end of the live webinar.

The"live courses" should be changed to…
The"live courses" should be changed to pre-recorded courses that us health care workers can take at any time. Many of us health care workers have jobs and must call out to take a live CEU courses. It's like "take it at the time that we say even if you're busy if you want to renew your licence". It's like blackmail. This causes a burden and an inconvenience to our busy schedules. We have to work around the set scheduling of the live courses to renew our licenses. This should be changed in the future so that we can take the courses when it best fits our schedules.

False advertising of ceus that Don’t count towards license renewals
I took seminars that was continuing edu towards my license renewal. The courses said they were AOTA approved and 1 ceu for each course. After I completed two courses and passed the tests they said they would not give me my 2 ceus because the courses were similar to others I took. So I just wasted 2.5 hrs taking classes that I will get no credit for. Yet they don’t tell you that up front it is after you have spent the time and completed course and test that it says you will get no credit for it. This is unacceptable and that should have been told to me prior to wasting my time. I will never use occupational therapy.com again for license renewal courses in the future. Very dissatisfied
