I had a good experience with the people in OctaLogo, especially Allen Stanly, head of the project, they understood my needs, also they were open to new ideas and modifications each time I proposed them. Also, quick email responses from their side. I would have give them 5 starts, but they were a bit pushy about me getting Extra costs like Copyrighted material, etc. regardless i have told them I didn't want those extra costs.

This is my second time working with Octalogo after their amazing work for my first business. Paul Smith has been knowledgeable, professional, and exceeded my expectation for his service. We received our logo and other packaged items within the time quoted and we are very happy with the final product. The back and forth on the design was very easy and was accomplished through email and documented with a collaboration site. Overall we are happy with the process.

Jerry definitely saved a customer this time! After some small delays from one of your other employees, I was ready to back out and ask for a refund. Jerry stepped in and took over my case. I was in need of a logo! A not so typical logo and I found Jake Miller and he was just super helpful and we was great communicating with me about my ideas and what I was looking for and my expectations. My met my expectations 100% I would recommend him !
