They didn't seem to make much of a difference in falling asleep. I followed the instructions but still no change in my ease of falling asleep.

These glasses were OK for me, and that's about it. Sizing wise since I am a tall man I went with the suggested large size glasses, and I definitely don't like the look of the frame. If I had it to do over again I would have gone with the mediums as their frame looks much nicer. The large look like a bad hipster style. Quality-wise they are definitely nice, the lenses are great, it is a strong yellow hue that blocks out the blue light. I think they might have helped a little with calming my brain before bedtime, but at the same time, the yellow tint of everything sometimes seemed to aggravate my eyes and give me a headache. Because of that I probably won't wear them very often. It may just be the way my eyes are.

I ordered reading glasses and received distance, so this wouldn't allow me to use the glasses properly for two hours before bed. However, I did manage to watch some shows a few times using the glasses. The yellow tint makes things look a little eerie, so these were PERFECT for watching black and white movies or paranormal tv shows with a lot of dark scenes. As for watching regular TV, I think the yellow is a bit much and annoying. I also tried these outside on a cloudy day, and the glasses made the world look like a doomsday movie scene. Really creepy.
