I was very happy with how the doctor handled my bird because he was scared and had never been to a vet before. He was efficient and knowledgeable and very gently with Mango. I'll be bringing my other bird Dennis in very soon

Recently moved to the area and was recommended by a friend. I went to both the Brick and Lakewood locations in order to help my dog. I was immediately welcomed and everyone was very friendly. After my visits the doctors continued to check on my dog calling me on my cell phone for several days afterwards. Very caring staff and prices seemed reasonable.

I have been taking my dog to Ocean County Veterinary Hospital for the past 10 years and have always experienced very kind and caring professionals. They are very knowledgeable in veterinary medicine and I have always experienced complete satisfaction in their treatment of any problems my dog has encountered. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend OCVH to anyone looking for veterinary care!

I would highly recommend Ocean County Veterinary Hospital, because they really love animals and put them first. After being told by my previous vet I would have to wait several days to have my sick pet seen by them, because they were booked solid, I called OCVH and was given an appointment that same day. They were kind and caring to my pet. It didn't matter that I had never been there before, their only concern was my pet. So I would without a doubt, say pets are their only concern, so if you love your pet like I do and want the best care to OCVH.

2 weeks ago on a Sunday my son slammed a door on my poor cats tail! It was cut down to the bone. We happen to find that this vet was open and they took him in pretty much immediately. They took him back, shaved it down and came to the conclusion that he needed his tail amputated. Though it wasn't what I wanted to hear or happen I knew he was in good hands. Every single person I encountered at this vet was so kind and caring. They were sensitive to my emotional state as well even though this is something they are used to. They performed the surgery the next day and after I picked him up and took him home they called me 3 different times just to check on him and see how he was doing. That mattered so much. The bill wasn't so fun haha but honestly I'd pay it over again knowing how genuinely cared for my cat was. They welcomed and answered all of my questions. I highly highly recommend this vet (This was the Lakewood location). Your pet will be properly taken care of and cared for!

We have now had two of our furry friends to the Bridge Avenue, Point Pleasant location. Both doctors and staff are fantastic all around. Thorough, knowledgeable, accomadating friendly... there is nothing negative to say!
