Dear Meloniks, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding our tipster tournament. We deeply value all feedback as it helps us to improve our offerings and ensure we are meeting the needs of our community. We understand your concerns regarding the unlimited betting option and the potential for an overwhelming number of bets placed by some users within a short timeframe. Our intention in offering no limits on bets was to create an engaging and flexible environment for all participants. However, we see how this can impact the tournament experience and will take your suggestion into serious consideration. Regarding the limitation on the number of bets per match, we appreciate your insight on how this could enhance the strategic aspect of the tournament. It’s clear that implementing a cap could encourage more thoughtful and selective betting, which could improve the overall competitiveness and fairness of the event. Please know that your feedback is instrumental in helping us refine our tournaments and make them more enjoyable for everyone involved. We will be reviewing these aspects of the tournament and exploring options that balance freedom with strategic gameplay. Thank you once again for your constructive criticism. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in future tournaments. Kind Regards, Oddspedia Team

Dear Inna, Oddspedia does not require an account to see the odds. All odds are free for all users without logging in. Can you please provide the URL you were trying to access, so we can check if there is some other problem? Best Regards, Oddspedia Team

Cher Déca, Nos surebets fonctionnent bien, mais parfois il n'y a pas assez de jeux à y ajouter et c'est pourquoi il peut être vide. Mais si vous vérifiez tous les jours, vous pourrez voir tous les surebets disponibles. Cordialement, L'équipe Oddspédia ----------------------- Dear Deca, Our surebets are working fine, but sometimes there are not enough games to be added there and that is why it can be empty. But if you check everyday, you will be able to see all available surebets. Best Regards, Oddspedia Team

Dear Arctic Wolf, Thank you for taking the time to write this detailed review of Oddspedia. We value all feedback, and it's particularly helpful when it is as thought-out as yours. We're pleased that you enjoy the vast selection of data and tools available on our site. However, we regret hearing about your experience with the "tipster" feature and your dissatisfaction with the points system. We also apologize for the lack of communication in response to your email - this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We want to assure you that it's crucial for us that our users get as accurate an experience as possible, so we take issues such as incorrect bookmaker odds very seriously. We're looking into your concerns and are dedicated to improving the process based on your feedback. As for your reduced points, we empathize with you that this is not ideal. This policy was put in place to maintain fairness among all our users and because of many attempts to cheat our system, but your experience informs us it's time to review this. Our Tipster section is a fairly new part of our website and we are still working to improve it and build on it. We appreciate your patience in this matter and please know that we are committed to resolving this issue in the most timely and effective manner. We hope for the chance to deliver a more satisfying experience for you in the future. Best Regards, Oddspedia Team
