I never received merchandise
I never received merchandise. It is still a mystery. I believe this is a trucking nightmare but I have not been offered any info for over a week.

HI Kelly- I apologize. I do see where the YRC delivery has been quite a challenge. The delivery address has been updated as requested and YRC should be in contact soon. Driver shortages have really slowed deliveries in recent weeks. Thanks for your patience.

The delivery was several days late and the main desk box had not instruction sheet

Customer Service wins my loyalty
My company purchased 30 chairs from OfficeFurniture2go. When they came, 2 had damaged parts and 2 were missing the necessary hardware to assemble them. When I called in to see if I could get replacement parts, I was directed to Customer Service Specialist Sean Willis. Sean worked diligently to make sure I got the parts I needed to complete the chairs. It took quite a bit of perserverance to gather all the information the manufacturer needed, but Sean always responded to every email I sent and didn't give up until I had everything required. Because of the high level of customer service Sean supplied, OfficeFurniture2go will receive my repeat business. Sean made sure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks Sean!

I had an amazing experience!
I had an amazing experience ordering my new office furniture. It was very smooth and David resolve the one issue with a pedestal. It was great working with David. Still waiting for the second part of…
Still waiting for the second part of the one order to come in. We ordered a conference room table, the table top came in a few weeks ago, still waiting for the base to arrive.
