Way Too Slow
Nothing about the process is fast. Every step from intake to meds arriving dragged on. If you need help quickly, look elsewhere.

After my consult
After my consult, I had some questions and needed help with nausea. No one ever followed up. Messaging support seems useless if they don’t respond.

Based on reviews I thought Oh My Meds…
Based on reviews I thought Oh My Meds would be reliable. Instead I got slow responses, no delivery updates, and weeks of waiting. Waste of time.

Waited Too Long
I waited 3 weeks for my meds and when I reached out, I got auto replies. Felt like no one was actually there to help. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Support Is Basically Missing
I had side effects and needed help adjusting my dose. I messaged support three times and got one generic reply after 11 days. No follow-through at all.

Lack of communication
There’s no communication unless you keep chasing them. I kept following up just to get basic answers. The meds work but the experience is frustrating.

Where Is My Order?
I ordered over two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. No update, no tracking, and support hasn’t replied to my emails. Very disappointed.

No One Replies
I’ve reached out to Oh My Meds three times about a dosing issue. No one has replied. It’s been almost 10 days. This is frustrating and feels unprofessional.
