Horrible customer service. I ordered chairs for my vacation on June 4th. They tell me that it was out of stock after I placed the order. It still says "Processing" on my order. Its July 13!! Now they wont pick up the phone when I need to talk to someone there, they put me on hold for hours. No one there to talk to. Horrid experience!!

I LOVE my mid-century modern storage cabinet and buffet table! I'm actually using them as living room furniture because they are that versatile. This is solid wood, so worth the $$. Both items were extremely easy to put together; definitely need two people for the buffet but I did the storage cabinet by myself. I'm going to order more pieces for the family room. I wish I could post pictures because they look fabulous!

Actually had a good experience. I ordered the most beautiful rug I had ever seen, and it arrived as expected within a couple days. I had no reason to require a refund, but do hope this company will consider offering great customer service all the was throughout the buying process. The bad reviews don't help the hesitant customer, who would have trusted Amazon, to take the chance to order from this source....despite the incredible good pricing,

Delivery was slow. The rugs shed terribly and have clogged both my washing machine and dryer. They also don’t dry very easily. I dried for 60+ minutes and still had to hang them out to finish air drying.

I recently ordered and received the "2 in 1 Castle Climber" for my grandchildren. It arrived on time and came in great condition. All parts and directions were there. Assembly, by my son-in-law, took about a half hour. I'm looking forward to sharing the climber with all my grandchildren as they grow up! I would definitely order from this company again!

Within minutes of ordering a product, price dropped by $8 from Wal-Mart.Com and OJ Commerce said they would not honor lower price. I will be refusing delivery of product and ordering elsewhere. I just hope they don't hassle me about giving me my money back!
