The Luxor cart I've only used it a couple times but I love it

Ordered a futon as usual it was as expected they're not that comfortable. just using in a home office so it really doesn't matter I don't like the velcro armrest but it will be fine for what it is being used for in the office/tv room.

Easy to order, no surprises. Fast delivery. It was packed so well, above and beyond in our opinion. Would order again. The piece is perfect.

Ordered the library with doors and are very happy with it:) We have a number of Sauder products and very please with them and if need be we will always buy their brand:) Very good company:)

Along with most other reviews, I would not recommend this company at all. I went through walmart.com which I didn't know they use a third party seller. The company's return policy is disgusting whereas it will cost more to ship back than receive the refund. I'll do more research next time I buy from Amazon or Walmart.

Unorganized training and work environment . Terrible product policies, employee morale and terrible management. Lack of communication and work value. Terrible all around. I would not recommend working or buying any thing from them.

Horrible return policy. 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. The return would actually run me more than the $300 item. I would highly recommend not buying from this company. I wished I had read the horrible reviews about them before purchasing. I ordered through the Walmart website and trusted their reputation without checking out this company. Big regret.
