My order came quickly and was just what they said and was great.

The gunbelt and holster I ordered is usable, but only after I removed the stitching and rivet from the belt tongue and repositioned it 4 inches shorter on the main belt. The main belt was the proper size and once I reattached the tongue in its proper place, it now fits me fine. I am baffled at how the belt was assembled because there was no way to fasten the belt properly as assembled. I will say for the price, what I have is acceptable now that I fixed it. But I must also say, if I had not the skill to rework it, you would have gotten it back to redo or refund.

Called in and spoke to a rep named Mike he was really helpful and I will be order again soon

Thank you, Mike for these beautiful gun cases. To those who have read negative reviews, let me start by saying that I read them too... after placing my order on December 6. My order status did say "pending" for a couple of weeks and due to the reviews I did get nervous. Mike always answered my calls or called me right back if I left a message. My order shipped before Christmas and due to no fault of Mike's, it was delayed by the postal service. Today, January 3, my items showed up and my boyfriend and I could not be more pleased with the two gun cases that I purchased. Many of us are used to automatic shipping from big corporate entities, but beautiful custom work takes time. I don't feel that a 2 and a half week time frame on shipping a beautiful, custom made product is excessive. I love these cases and will definitely order from Old Trading Post again. Thanks, Mike... you rock!
