Je cherchais de l'huile d'églantier et je suis tombé sur votre site. Votre site est facile à naviguer et une fois que la commande était complete, le produit a été livré dans un délai rapide. J'adore le produit que j'utilise sur mon visage et la nuque. Ma peau est plus radiante et très douce. Merci Oleaia :)

The service and interactions were amazing. The only thing that was disappointing was the speed of the delivery.

Betrug: ich habe 5 Liter Schwarzkümmelöl bestellt, das normalerweise bisschen riecht und sehr intensiv schmeckt und dunkel ist. Dieses Öl war durchsichtig und völlig ohne Geruch und Geschmack. Das ist wohl höchstens billigstes Pflanzenöl, wenn überhaupt.

It is a fraud, do not buy!!! It is only vegetable oil and even this I would not use

Couldn’t be more wrong about this company. Purchased 9 kinds of oil early Feb ‘26 and cost me 280€. Received today all 18 liters basically come as PLAIN VEGETABLE oils. I didn’t know Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Myrtle, Scots Pine, Ginseng, Valerian, Lemon Balm, Geranium and Sweet Almond Oils would have the same textures and aroma which are NOTHING, AT ALL. I deeply regretted trusting this company and encourage everyone to stay away from these dishonest people. Don’t fall victim as I did.

Prado excelente, com qualidade superior

Los productos recibidos no se corresponden con la descripción publicada en la web. Compré distintos aceites, entre ellos citronela, árbol de té, jojoba y argán, y todos llegaron prácticamente iguales: mismo color, misma textura y sin olor perceptible, algo totalmente anormal para aceites tan diferentes entre sí. Además, tras reclamar y solicitar el reembolso correspondiente, la empresa se negó a devolver el dinero y únicamente ofreció un cupón para volver a comprar en su propia tienda, algo que no considero una solución aceptable teniendo en cuenta la calidad de los productos recibidos. Después de múltiples correos y semanas de espera, sigo sin recibir el reembolso al que, según su propia política de devoluciones, considero tener derecho. La atención al cliente ha sido poco transparente durante todo el proceso. Personalmente, no volveré a comprar en esta tienda.
