I was sent the wrong size. When I contacted customer service they were out of my size. Not happy

I was shopping for a North Face jacket for my son for Christmas - one that is a very popular style and color and rarely can be found on sale anywhere. I was so excited when I found it on OMC's site and at a discounted price! The jacket arrived within a few days and was exactly as expected. I will remember to look for other items in the future on OMC's site.

The gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful. He advised that I place the order that day as the jacket was only going to be on sale for 2 to 3 days and that that particular sale only happened twice a year. I did in fact place that order and the jacket arrived quickly and as described. I was very happy with my purchase.
