I ordered a sleeping pad and paid by credit card on Nov 28 (Black Friday). and I got cancel notice from OMC on Dec 02. So I missed chance to buy the goods at another shopping mall. It is difficult to trust this shopping mall.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I went back on the web site and ordered the correct size and called the next day to cancel the first order. They were very helpful and able to cancel my order. I would order again from them

I ordered a jacket based on images potrayed on web site. When product arrived it did not look the same and appeared to be an older model. Not satisfied and returned the product.
