OmcgearReviews of omcgear.com

Never ordered from this company, but will again!

service is absolutely great, at least for the online purchase part (never visited the store). Refund is super fast -- on the same day the return is delivered! customer service is patient and clear. They offer decent sales on climbing shoes I have never found in any other places. Love this place, would love to visit the store if got chance.

I saved money for the same shoe I saw downtown. They didn't have my size so I checked online and save 50 bucks.

Exactly what I needed, fast shipping, no hassles; would purchase from OMC again.

I ordered a new set of nubs for my walking sticks and they were exactly as described. Work great for my needs!! Delivery was quick! The whole process was easy and pain free!

I ordered a backpack from them. I got a great price and they shipped it within an hour of getting my order.

Order was shipped fast. Communication was good. One item was a different color than pictured on the website. Other than that minor quibble, great experience.

Great prices, like the free shipping! Will order from them again.
