I wanted to change the auto ship date on my husband's order and after I gave Michelle the date, I changed it again. She was extremely patient with me and very kind. As a customer service rep she was great.

They pressure you into keeping a subscription. When I asked to cancel over three times. They offered me free stuff and did not cancel my subscription

I did not expect 2 orders to come within 1 day of each other. I tried to cancel subscription but there was no way to do that online.

At first I had my doubts although after I texted with a lady who was very understanding with my issue that I received a omega xl box that was empty and actually the post master put a stamp on the box that it has been opened and the box was empty and damaged! Its hard to believe there are thieves like that out there! Great conversation I had and she right away reissued my order! Thank you so very much ! Sincerely Angelina Huyskens
