This a very professional and knowledgeable group to work with. You will be treated as if you are the only client they have. All staff is courteous and responsive to any questions you ask. My account was resolved to my benefit when others were telling me that I was going to have to pay out thousands of dollars - that did not happened.

Omni did a great job of dealing with the IRS for us on both a corporate and personal level, even in the midst of the pandemic situation. Their diligence and patience is both effective and appreciated. They educated us and kept us informed all the way through the process of reaching a resolution.

I am completely satisfied with the work and excellent customer service that I have received from Omni! They have gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that all of my questions were answered. I would especially like to thank Rebecca Singleton and Cheryl Fuller for their professionalism, knowledge, kindness, attention to detail, and wonderful attitudes. They represent Omini well and I'm glad to have worked with them.
