Did not receive all my parts when my…
Did not receive all my parts when my machine came and the only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the shipping to my house was quick. But that doesn’t matter since I can’t use it.

Great service on hard to find parts
I was working through finding replacement parts for my Omtech machine. I contacted Omtech and they helped me in the most amazing way. Great customer service

Customer service communication

OUTSTANDING TEAM …
I HAVENT HAD TO CALL LATELEY SO FAR THINGS WITH MY MACHINE ARE GOING VERY WELL BUT MURFEY AND ALL THE OTHER TECKS ARE OUTSTANDING THE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO THE FULLEST SO A OLD MAN LIKE ME UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS. THE ONLY THING I THINK WOULD BE IF YOU HAD A LIGHT BURN TECH TO HELP US OLD PEOPLE I STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH IT. THANK YOU OM TECH YOU ALL ARE THE GREATEST
