Absolute nightmare of a company. For nearly four months, I dealt with systemic e-commerce fraud, deceptive fulfillment practices, and outright lies. The seller printed dummy tracking labels to fake an active shipment while never handing the product to the carrier, and even fabricated absurd excuses blaming weather conditions that were easily disproven by historical meteorological data. When a severely damaged and completely defective scooter finally arrived months late, I turned to customer support to get the broken hardware sorted out under warranty. Instead of honoring their product, they hid behind an automated chargeback resolution triggered by their own shipping fraud, attempting to claim that an unrelated financial dispute over non-delivery voids their legal manufacturing warranty. They sell defective hardware, run fraudulent shipping scams, and use bad-faith excuses to evade basic accountability when caught. Avoid this brand entirely.

Customer service is outstanding .very helpful and fast ..very friendly staff..I currently own a GT9 and GT7 they are both amazing scooters ..the quality is outstanding for the price by far one of the best scooter brands out there for the money..

I've had nothing but a amazing experience with both this scooter and the company that makes it !! 10/10 customer service and scooters !
