One Fitness Camp was a wonderful…
One Fitness Camp was a wonderful experience. Loved the trainers, the workouts were well planned, I felt the workouts fit exactly what I needed. The meals were wonderful. One Fitness Camp gave me the tools I needed to get me started on the right path for my health and fitness. Highly recommend it.

Attitude of gratitude !
Best place ever to revive your spirit and get excited about living a healthy lifestyle. The staff is superb, their passion was contagious. One Fitness Camp was a life changing experience. Forever grateful to the staff for their patience and dedication....Eric was the trainer who most inspired me to exceed my own expectations. My only regret was that I did not stay longer. Thanks to the entire staff I am living life to my fullest potential :) ~AJ / Tennessee
