Expensive ticket

I was charged over $1,300 and THEN had to pay an additional $600 (round trip) JUST to be able to take a roller bag, on the plane with us. Will never fly with your airline again.

I totally understand agents like to get good feedback from customers. But I never heard or experienced the agent asking for feedback first then will process my request. Very disappointing!

These are básic fair, standby tickets, being sold on this site. They can reschedule or bounce you off of your Flight at will with you having no options but to wait for the next Flight. You aren’t even able to take luggage with you. Buyer beware on this purchase.

I don’t remember the names but must be Alex and Kyra was helpful. They tried hard to make necessary changes. However, please make sure you’re aware of all the restrictions before you make the purchase. Because some of the flights are not allowed to buy any bags. Please make sure you’re getting the right ticket
