Junk products probably made in China,not true to size even according to their chart,never again will I be ordering from a company that doesn’t in bold letters that says MADE IN AMERICA

What a terrible place to shop
What a terrible place to shop. Took way too long get my shirt. They kept telling me it had shipped with a tracking number but it just sat there for weeks. So it arrived way too late to be gift. The quality looks cheap. No washing instructions. order #OM-3435

In order to ensure a prompt solution, please provide us- Shipping label- A photo that shows the fault as clearly as possible Regarding our time frame, we clearly display our shipping time in the Shipping Policy section on our website. As all our products are printed on-demand, they may take 7-10 working days of production. Normally, our time frame for delivery of ordered items takes 19-25 business days. According to our internal system, you placed order #OM-3435 on April 23 and the package was delivered on May 20. It has been 20 business days from the day you placed the order to the day you received it, which matches the standard time frame shown on our website. Therefore, please consider our time frame before placing another order in the near future. We will resolve the issue immediately once we receive all necessary information.

Company and customer service suck
I would definitely not order from this company. I ordered in February, for a BD gift and going away presents in March, finally received half my order in May and the other 2 jerseys they said we're delivered, but I still haven't received them or a refund.

Sick of companies selling products in Australia and not showing US dollars until after purchase was going to purchase 10 shirts for dart team poor quality printing can not see front skulls on polo shirt name printing is patchy also

Late delivery, missed our event.
Items came later than their policy and wasn’t credited like there policy says. One item also didn’t come, and our team had to wait even longer than the already late timing. Because of the lateness our team tee shirts came later than the date and event we ordered them for. I got an email asking to leave a 5-star review to get 30% off next purchase…I took one for the team and gave my honest 1-star review.
