I ordered fabric the first part of September. I recieved one small part of the order. It is now October 7, I do not have the remaining part unfilled, no tracking information and have not been able to get a response after three days in a row of emailing. If you find another vendor that has the fabric you like, I encourage you to purchase with a more reliable vendor.

THE WORST!!!! I placed an order and selected the shipping to arrive by a certain day. Immediately wrote to them saying I absolutely need it for the day it said it would arrive…. No response. No email with tracking. The day it was due to arrive I had to go through hoops figuring out how to access an acccount so I can see the tracking number. Finally figured that out and they didn’t even send my package. I wrote to them again. MO RESPONSE! I tried calling, number not working. Tried their “live chat” it just sends an email…. To wish they do not respond. I finally got my package. THIS IS NOT GEORGETTE! ITS SHEER CHIFFON! And bad quality at that it looks like gauze with loose weave. I want a refund and is I can’t complete my Project. I’m so mad and stressed about this. Project is due next week and I have unusable fabric. DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are scammers!

I placed an order and have not received any tracking information. I have reached out via phone (they are never available), via live chat (get a response that they will be in contact 'soon') and via email and get a response that they will get back typically in less than 24 hours. It's been beyond that and not a peep. Will be opening a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered some fabric samples, they never shipped. Follow-ups through email were met first with stalling, then silence

Ordered 11 yards of fabric over three months ago, never received it. After claiming twice that the fabric was "on backorder", their customer service eventually stopped responding to emails. Pure scam. AVOID.

Today Sept 4, 2026 I have worked for over a year to get my money back from an order I made on the onlinefabricstore site. They never refunded my order!! I wrote them several times with the original order that was not shipped to my home and they never reimbursed me for the fabric. They don't let you know when you order if they can complete your order! You just never get it!

Double Charged for an Item and Charged for an Item I Didn’t Receive… I ordered two items in January 2026. I was charged for those two items and received an order confirmation email. February they tell me there’s a backorder on one of the items. In March I cancel my order for the backordered item. I did receive the other item and was charged again for it. I have contacted them 3 times to get them to credit me the original charge. Quick response each time, but no action.

I’ve placed three orders in the last six weeks and received none of them. Nor have I received any communication about them. Tracking information is not available and customer service will not respond to me. This is a shame as I really loved ordering from them. Do not recommend.
