Products are GREAT! A little more expensive then other options, but have purchased more then a few and I think Ive only had one fail.

Ability to place order and shipping it fast was fantastic. Price of these serial cable headers was a bit high...but I honestly couldn't find anyone else that clearly showed me the two different pinouts and offerred them both, so I bought from you anyway.

OnLogic was open and available when I needed them. My order was fulfilled and shipped quickly. I paid more than retail price for that service. Premium service at a premium price.

Solid product, well made. There are some 100mm VESA mounting slots on the bottom which are not punched out, so VESA Mount not possible, had to redesign our instruments, which was a setback to our product delivery.

Sales support was very effective.

The company was responsive and willing to solve any problems that stood in our way of the ordering process. They went out of their way to be sure we were please with the material ordered. I cannot wait for the unit to come in and checkout the unit first hand.
